Positive: All the facilities are good, the property are clean and spacious...i glad to choose here course i only take 5 minutes for workshop at Perpustakaan Negara Malaysia.
Negative: all the building was full of security access the access card given only one there was only grocery at lobby...no food store that you can walk by around there

Negative: I have some points I would like to share with you to develop and improve the service. 1. Reception: The processing of reception staff with visitors is very bad. Visitors have the right to view the room before paying the security deposit. Furthermore, they are unresponsive to any requests. A. Host: Contact them only via WhatsApp. Sometimes they respond quickly, but often they don't or are delayed in responding and fulfilling the request. A. Cleanliness: Cleaning should be done every two days, not every three days, for those with long-term reservations (more than four days). 4. Rooms: The rooms have many problems because the devices (AC, washing machine ..etc) are old. The air conditioners are very old and operate very slowly (they need to be replaced). I moved to three apartments in two hours to find a good apartment with all the devices working.

Positive: Overall the stay was excellent The room was clean the service was good and everything went smoothly I would definitely consider staying here again ⭐⭐⭐⭐"
Negative: The bedding (pillows and blanket) was clean but had a yellowish tint which gave a slightly worn-out appearance. It didn’t affect comfort, but I’d suggest improving the freshness or color of the linens
